The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) is
one of the four colleges at GSU
and provides a selection of graduate offerings from the arts, humanities and
sciences. As a student, you will be
taught by a passionate, engaged faculty that brings a wealth of world-class
research, exhibition and service to your GSU
experience. In addition we are proud of
our diverse student body that is comprised of individuals of all ages,
backgrounds and ethnicities, which is also reflected in our faculty and staff.
At the CAS we offer ten exceptional graduate
degree programs that are spread out among four divisions. In our Division of Chemistry and Biological
Sciences, we have a M.S. in Analytical Chemistry and a M.S. in Environmental
Biology. In the Division of
Communication Visual and Performing Arts, our graduate programs include a M.A.
in Art, a M.A. in Communication and Training, and an Independent Film and
Digital Imaging, Master of Fine Arts.
Our Division of Computing Mathematics
and Technology has two master programs, a M.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in
Mathematics. The CAS’s Division of
Humanities and Social Services offer students a Master of Arts in Criminal
Justice, Master of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Political and
Justice Studies.
